First round picks JC Intal and Doug Kramer inked three-year contracts worth close to P8 million, P7-million++, respectively. Second round pick Marvin Cruz has also been signed to a three-year pact. Among the free agents trying out for spots on the team include ex-Alaska forward Bernzon Franco, ex-Ginebra guard Jec Chia and former Sta. Lucia guard Mark Magsumbol. Acquired Jec Chia and Paolo Hubalde from Ginebra in a three-team deal that sent Purefoods' Paul Artadi to Brgy. Ginebra. Enlisted Ervin Sotto from free agency and Chris Baluyot from the amateur ranks. Management is still waiting for Robert Jaworski to accept the team's offer for the head coaching position.

Alaska Aces
Joseph Ronald Quiñahan signed to a two-year P3 million contract. Karl Kenneth Bono signed up to a 3-year P7 million contract. Guard Dale Singson has already retired. Ariel Capus and Joeferson Gonzales are trying out for spots on the team.

Brgy Ginebra Kings
Signed up rookie free agent forward JR Aquino of De La Salle to a one-year contract. Signed up guard Johnny Abarrientos to a one-year pact. Announced that center Rafi Reavis will be back with the team following a shoulder injury operation. First round pick Macky Escalona has been signed to a three-year pact. Forward Rudy Hatfield may not be back with the team. Released Andy Seigle making him an unrestricted free agent. Former Welcoat center Gilbert Lao has been signed to a one-year contract. Acquired Paul Artadi from Purefoods in a three-team deal that sent Jec Chia and Paolo Hubalde to Air21. Artadi has been signed to a one-year P1.2 million pact.

Coca-Cola Tigers
Acquired Mark Clemence Telan from Air21 for a 2008 first round pick. Second round pick Ronjay Buenafe has been inked to a two-year pact. Traded Joseph Yeo and a 2009 second round pick to Sta. Lucia for Mark Isip and Cesar Catli. Guard Egay Echavez is trying out for a spot on the team.

Purefoods TJ Giants
Signed up undrafted rookie free agent guard Chico Lañete to a two-year contract worth P5 million. Released guard Boyet Bautista making him an unrestricted free agent. Acquired the rights of Omanzie Rodriguez from Red Bull for a 2009 second round pick. Ardy Larong and Robert Sanz are trying out for spots on the team. The team has also announced that they will signing Noy Castillo to a one-year pact. Announced the retirement of Jun Limpot. Alex Crisano could be taken in by the team if he's able to show a certified copy of the DOJ confirmation. Paul Artadi has been traded to Brgy. Ginebra in a three-team deal that gave them Air21's 2008 second round draft pick. Re-signed Richard Yee to a one-year contract. Signed rookie free agents Rob Sanz (one year) and Ardy Larong (two years) to pacts. Acquired guard Brandon Lee Cablay from Red Bull.

Red Bull Barakos
Signed up free agent center Mark Andaya. Forward Rich Alvarez will be out for 5 months after suffering an ACL injury. Acquired Brandon Lee Cablay and Francis Adriano from San Miguel for Larry Fonacier. Cablay, however, has not been attending team practices. Omanzie Rodriguez who was part of the package deal has been traded to Purefoods for a 2009 second round pick. Second round pick Jojo Duncil has been signed to a two-year contract by the team. Ron Capati is practicing with the team and there's a good chance he will get a contract. Traded guard Brandon Lee Cablay to Purefoods.

San Miguel Beer
Acquired guard Larry Fonacier from Red Bull for Francis Adriano, Omanzie Rodriguez and Brandon Lee Cablay. Signed first round picks Samigue Eman and Jonas Villanueva to two-year pacts.

Sta Lucia Realty
Signed first round pick Ryan Reyes to a three-year contract. Signed second round pick Melvin Mamaclay to a two-year pact. Signed undrafted rookie free agent center Philip Butel to a one-year contract. Per team policy, details of the deals have not been disclosed. Traded Mark Isip and Cesar Catli to Coca Cola for Joseph Yeo and a 2009 second round pick (September 9, 2007). Signed up rookie free agents Dennis Daa and Christian Coronel to two-year pacts. Free agents Derrick Hubalde, Alvin Pua, and Erwin Sta. Maria are trying out for spots on the team.

Released forward Migs Noble making him an unrestricted free agent. Released forward Vic Pablo making him an unrestricted free agent. Signed up Don Allado to a P12.6 million 3-year pact. Trying out for a spot on the team is Kalani Ferreria.

Acquired Nic Belasco from Alaska for Junjun Cabatu. Signed first round pick Joe Devance and second round pick Ryan Arana to three-year contracts worth P8.5 million and P5.4 million, respectively. Released Gilbert Lao making him an unrestricted free agent. The team also signed up forward Rob Wainwright to a two-year P4 million pact. Signed free agents Don Dulay and Estong Ballesteros to contracts. Nic Belasco has been signed to a two-year P8.4 million pact with the Dragons.
