Keeps getting traded, keeps getting wanted… the Phonepals traded for Yancy de Ocampo in 2004, realizes they couldn’t afford to bypass a talent in Washington and trades him back to the Express in 2005, and then realizes they just made their biggest mistake and got him back… drafted 1st overall in the 2002 PBA Draft by the Express out of St. Francis… played in the PBL for Welcoat prior to applying for the draft… brother Ranidel is a star player for Air21…gets criticized a lot because he’s perceived to play “soft”… at 6’9” 220 lbs and with a keg of talent offensively, he should be dominating the shaded lane… he has great range on his jumper and has a well-rounded low post game… he’s a small forward trapped in a center’s body.
