Hometown: San Jose, California

Scouting Report:
He could have dislodged Jimmy Alapag and Jayjay Helterbrand as the league’s top backcourt general if he only he has been healthy… appeared in only 10 games the past season with the Aces due to a recurring injury… with him on the Aces’ lineup, the team is 5-0… without him, the team is just 0-6… that totally underscores his value to the team… one of the best pure point guards in the country… drafted 1st overall in the 2003 PBA Draft by the Aces ahead of such stars as Rommel Adducul (#2), Harvey Carey (#4), Billy Mamaril (#6), Enrico Villanueva (#7) and Jimmy Alapag (#10)… struggled in his early pro career trying to fill the void of Johnny Abarrientos who drifted to Coca Cola in 2001 after 8 seasons with the franchise… the former DLSU Green Archer is aptly nicknamed “Cool Cat” for his cool demeanor on the court.
