Now with his third team just one year removed from college... picked up by the Barakos after getting released by Air21... drafted 8th overall in the 2006 PBA Draft by Talk N Text out of Letran College… played in less than a season with the Phonepals as he was part of the package that brought back Yancy de Ocampo to the Phonepals’ fold… promising young talent who has shown great potential on the defensive end… reminds scouts of a young Romy Mamaril with his length, and defensive potential… played two years for the Letran Knights and was an instrumental force in the school’s successful NCAA championship campaign in 2005… suited up for Toyota Otis-Letran in the PBL which almost took the 2006 PBL crown but lost in five games to Harbour Centre.
