Coach Derrick Pumaren was kinda wary rookie Yousif Aljamal wouldn't be able to fill in the hole left by Vic Pablo whom the team decided not to resign so they got an insurance, a 6-4 wunderkind who can bring the ball down, shoot from the perimeter, and make some plays down stretch... Scouts like him because at his size he can do so many things… one of three Fil-Am players originally brought in by the San Juan Knights in the defunct MBA (the others were Philip Newton and Rafi Reavis)… coaches would like him to shoot more, because when he shoots it usually means points (54% FG shooting)… drafted 30th overall in the 2003 PBA Draft by Air21… signed as a free agent by Shell in the 2004-05 season… after Shell’s demise, he was picked in the dispersal draft by Ginebra in the 2005-06 season… part of the three-team trade that sent him to Coca Cola along with Manny Ramos and Allan Salangsang… starred in several sexy movies.
