He’s the new man at the point for the Realtors… he was supposed to be the Realtor’s man in the 2005 PBA Draft until something along the way changed their plans (that was Alex Cabagnot)… the Realtors should now heave a sigh of relief… now, they don’t have to worry anything about someone playing some summer league ball overseas… his forte is defense… he is big for a point guard (6-0) and quick enough, and skilled to pit against the other league’s guards… Dennis was tabbed by the Tigers 3rd overall in the 2005 PBA Draft to act as an understudy to and eventually take over the point guard chores over Johnny Abarrientos… injuries to the Flying A, however, made the takeover immediate and in just a little time, Dennis was tasked to the limelight… the departure of the Flying A to Brgy Ginebra further solidified Dennis’ spot on the team… Named to the 2005-06 All-Rookie Team by the PBA Press Corps, he has a bright future ahead of him.
